This PR adds structural support for function deploy settings in 'func.yaml', including the foundation needed for provisioned concurrency and detached mode configuration. It extends schema validation and makes the existing deploy path aware of these settings so they can be safely parsed, validated, and handled by provider type. It does not yet implement the full API mapping or end-user CLI flags for these settings.
