Adds SwiftNodes to the RPCs category for Flare mainnet. We serve Flare (chain ID 14) over HTTP and WebSocket with a free tier — live endpoint: https://rpc.swiftnodes.io/rpc/flare (works keyless for a quick check). JSON validated. Happy to add Songbird/testnets if and when we serve them — listed mainnet only to keep the entry truthful.
