Sanitize URL userinfo in RTTP client errors so formatted errors and Error::url() cannot expose credentials while retaining useful request diagnostics. Added coverage for username-only, username/password, percent-encoded credentials, redirects, malformed-URL errors, Debug formatting, and normal URLs.
