Remove old Feel++ book repository #19

@prudhomm The feel++ book is integrated to the website now right ?
Users should contribute to this repository now via PR for the book

PS: the book is in /pages directory.

Could you remove then the https://github.com/feelpp/book.feelpp.org/ repository to avoid people to contribute/fork from this repo in the future and avoid misunderstanding
