The remote copy has the same hashes? Ask the remote side, over SSH.

Quick summary

ssh runs verb-noun commands against SSH servers: compare a local folder to a remote one with md5sum, sha1sum, sha256sum (these nouns are shown in the Win64 help). libssh is required: Win64 auto-downloads the DLLs into the zpaqfranz folder. Only in the builds with SFTP, never in -DOPEN builds.
