Add conda recipe

[sarthakpati]

Feature

Having a conda recipe for the package would be very good.

Alternatives

N.A.

Additional context

Combining recipes, especially those that require c++ compiles, is much easier via conda.

I already have one ready to be merged: conda-forge/staged-recipes#15720

Happy to add/edit maintainers as needed.
