Introducing a
--dry-runmode that runs a full local assessment without remote sync and exports the assessment sync payload.This PR adds
--dry-runto AWS and Azure, writing raw_data/payload.json after inventory collection. That payload can be shared and processed by the EscapeCloud Report Generator to produce a DORA-, PRA-, and MAS-aligned report - without requiring access to the EscapeCloud Platform.
