Adds CI-oriented execution support by introducing typed CLI exit codes and non-interactive input resolution for AWS and Azure assessments.
This PR hardens cloudexit for GitHub Actions preparation by defining stable exit codes, adding --non-interactive mode, and resolving required inputs from environment variables (instead of prompts) when non-interactive is enabled.
