…op label loopover's maintainer_cut moves from 0.5 to 0.66 to fund bare-metal TEE/SNP infrastructure and increased AI token usage. Also removes the now-unused "slop" label_multipliers entry from loopover, awesome-claude, and metagraphed — it was already redundant with default_label_multiplier of 0.0 on all three, so this is a no-op cleanup.
