Set isReleasedWhenClosed=false, deminiaturize before raise/show, and add test.notification.emit_* RPCs so E2E can verify iconize/raise and EventBridge notification click delivery without SEGVing AppKit. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
