feat(admin): OpenShell run facts and a per-profile secrets view (#712) - #726

Part 4 of #712, the last. - The record gains openshell, on the two openshell venues only: { mode, ruleHosts, ruleHostCount, providers, placeholders }. - The rule hosts come from the generated policy's endpoints: the egress allowlist, the model endpoints and the fixed forge host. That is operator config, never repository or payload text, so the record stays PII-free. - Hosts are held to a host-name charset, at most 32 listed, with the total kept. Values never appear. - None is recorded for a stage that throws or is stopped before the exec, or for a detached run. - The record gains secretsProfile: the profile name a run's secrets resolved through, its own or the implicit default. - The console run page and the panel's run detail show the sandbox policy, its rule hosts and the secrets profile. - MCP connection state is recorded nowhere, and no row claims it. - A "Secret profiles in use" view (console, panel, /dispatch secrets list) gives each profile: - its source (env, overlay, or both, which is ambiguous); - where an overlay resolver stands against the roots; - the triggers and projects that use it; - its last resolve, from the newest run that names it; - the live hosts that advertise s:<name>. The view never shows a path; only the operator's own command prints them. A failure that a project bundle's read shares a reason with is worded as either read. - resolverRootsStatus is the one roots rule. The add's resolverRootsJudgement reads it and stays strict on a bad seam; the view tolerates a row it cannot judge. - Model context: dispatch_runs carries the openshell counts, and the host names only for a run read by its id, never resolver paths. - The conformance lanes check, through buildRecord, the exact facts of a real bundle run: mode, hosts, providers and placeholders. Specs: INT-RUN-HISTORY-FILE-CONTRACT (openshell, secretsProfile), DES-OPENSHELL-VENUE, DES-OPERATOR-CONSOLE, REQ-TRIGGER-SECRETS and REQ-OPERATOR-CONSOLE-SCREENS (g) are amended. What changes
OpenShell facts on the run record. On the two openshell venues, the record gains
openshell: { mode, ruleHosts, ruleHostCount, providers, placeholders }.The secrets profile on the run record. The record gains
secretsProfile: the name of the profile a run's secrets resolved through.Run views. The console run page and the panel's run detail show the sandbox policy, its rule hosts and the secrets profile.
MCP connection state. It is recorded nowhere, so no row claims it.
A "Secret profiles in use" view, in the console, the panel and
/dispatch secrets list. For each profile it shows:PI_SECRET_RESOLVER_ROOTS;The view never shows a path. A refusal whose reason the project bundle's read shares is worded as either read.
One rule for resolver roots.
resolverRootsStatusis the single roots rule. The add's pre-confirm check reads it and stays strict on a bad seam.Model context.
dispatch_runscarries the openshell counts, plus host names only for a run read by id. It never carries resolver paths.Conformance lanes. Through
buildRecord, they check the exact facts of a real bundle run:networkPolicyForderives it.Specs
