Update copyright headers in java files

Please have a look at this one. I had some scripts look for changed files which didn't have their copyright year updated. I think this part should be OK.
@jasonk000 - in multiple files which you touched for the first time, I added now also you to the copytight header as contributor with a rather generic "fixes" as contribution. Can you check

• that I didn't do a mistake - e.g. I don't know if have changed employers :)
• that the description of the contribution (e.g. "fixes") is ok
