Currently Macos Runners cannot execute eCAL Tests.
We want to reactivate this.
Current blockers / issues
- MacOs 15 Runners do not support UDP multicast -> Downgrade to MacOs 14 image for now
- Flock is not supported on mounted filesystem in MacOS runners
- Make utils fall back to fcntl locking
- Make CMemFileMap use common utilities for creating / mapping SHM regions. (ecal_memfile_os.cpp)
