- Fix web links esp for SMPTE documents
- ADM docs: updates & improvements given recent publication of ST 2131 and ST 2067-204
- Fix ebu/bbc web links re docker & releases
* ST 2131/ST 2067-204 are now published * Make corrections * Add further explanation e.g. to close ebu#29

Note: (per discussion) I've used DOIs as they are the proper way to link to SMPTE Standards I've used undated DOIs wherever possible (because we want to link to a document number not a specific publication of the document), else dated DOIs, else pub.smpte.org links. In time it should be possible to use undated DOIs for everything. We can make updates later when that's possible. |
