Adds WoLi WebGUI, an extremely lightweight web interface for sending Wake-on-LAN magic packets through a public WoL proxy (e.g. a Freebox router).
Note: the upstream project (RemyFV/WoLi-webgui) has no logo, icon, or favicon anywhere in its repo, so no logo asset is included here. A screenshot of the UI is included.
