Adds
LangVersionText: stringtoFSharpProjectSnapshotandProjectConfig. For the same options it returns whatFSharpParsingOptions.LangVersionTextdoes.Depends on #: it uses
CompilerOptions.ParseCompilerOptionfrom there.Changes
ProjectConfig.LangVersionTextis computed lazily fromOtherOptions. It is the last--langversionthe compiler accepts, otherwisedefault. An unrecognized or out-of-support version is skipped, the same wayTcConfigBuilderkeeps its previous version when it reports the error. It is exposed throughProjectSnapshotBaseandFSharpProjectSnapshot.setLanguageVersionis replaced byCompilerOptions.ParseLanguageVersion: string -> Result<LanguageVersion, exn>. The--langversionhandler reports the returned error, and the snapshot skips it, so the validation exists in one place. The compiler's behavior is unchanged.
