The price page at tryinferrail.com/hosted/ went live when #148 merged, but the service has no host yet, so a visitor can't create a workspace. This adds one plain notice saying the service isn't open yet and pointing to the open-source gateway meanwhile. Remove the notice in the same change that deploys the service.
