Community fork submission to F-Droid

I maintain a community fork of Lotus at
https://github.com/Bjorn99/lotus
(application ID: com.dn0ne.lotus.community).

I've submitted it to F-Droid for inclusion and the reviewers require
confirmation that the original author has been notified and does not
oppose the submission.
