I think provisioning
tnsnames.oralike this is tolerable solution. Sincescripts/deploy.shalready overwhelming with conditional if-else for special case andtnsnames.oraitself are rarely update (once per 1~2 years).this PR will keep helm chart and current production in other envs in sync.
