Mixer has visuals and hpf per channel
Adds per-channel..
Volume (up / down fine adjust, left/right coarse adjust)
HPF (tap to toggle between off / 20Hz / 90Hz)

Align Mute / Solo with other views
Smooth falldown on pause Remove excessive junk Save and recall mixer fields
Sweepable LPF from 20 to 20kHz
SDL2 will attempt to start audio at the sample rate specified in AUDIOSAMPLERATE. lgpt will now then run correctly at whichever sample rate SDL2 returns. Modern Linux systems running pipewire default to 48000 this allows lgpt to run at the native sample rate.
