quick question: if we're using Unroll-Me/derby, should we be using Unroll-Me/tracks in our project-level package.json? (doesn't appear used in your derby/package.json)

Only if you want to.

My tracks fork only has standalone bugfixes; it does not affect interaction with Derby.

However, I have not pulled in the recent changes to transitional routes (derbyjs/derby@0075794~1...a3129c4), which may require Derby and Tracks to be in sync.
