Update dependencies and migrate to slnx - #280

Bump Spectre.Console.Cli to 0.57.2, which makes ExecuteAsync and Execute public, and update the command classes to match. Also bump Pathy, MSTest, Verify.DiffPlex and coverlet, and replace the .sln with a .slnx file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
