I couldn't get TamperMonkey to pull bulk progress successfully using xhr, probably due to the FCC rewrite using React. The page doesn't render for the xhr, thus the html is incomplete and can't be scraped.
I rewrote the functionality in node.js, using puppeteer to render the page and get the html and cheerio to aid in parsing the html.
