This PR adds Contextual AI tools split into separate functionalities:
ContextualCreateAgentTool: Creates new Contextual RAG agents and datastores with document upload
ContextualParseTool: Standalone parser
ContextualQueryTool: Query existing Contextual RAG agents
ContextualRerankTool: Standalone instruction-following reranker
Key improvements:
Added async await in ContextualQueryTool as requested by reviewers
Updated documentation and examples
