Held for owner screenshot review. Do not mark ready or merge until the owner has looked at the before and after screenshots.

On a phone the Triage list, Repositories and the pull request pane now have room. The change is CSS in the existing phone media queries, plus one markup change: a repository name now marks its owner, so a phone can set the owner on its own line. Behaviour is unchanged, and desktop renders the same.

  • Every button on a phone or touch screen is at least 44 px tall, as DESIGN.md asks; so are the list's slice and group-by buttons, the pane's back button, its disclosures, Show more, Send to GitHub, Review again and Commits and conversation. Filter pills and Clear keep their 24 px look with a 44 px touch area, so the pill row does not grow.
  • The Triage list puts one control on each row: slices, search, Filter, then group by.
  • Titles wrap in full instead of stopping after two lines. Under the title the repository and number, then the status, wrap on their own lines instead of being cut off.
  • Repositories shows the owner on a small muted line above the name, in the table and in the panel heading, and breaks names only at their hyphens instead of cutting them off; the name column takes the room its longest part needs.
  • The pull request pane reads verdict, then what to do (the held actions and the rules to fix or decide), then the code review, each opening under a strong hairline. The repository name and number no longer squeeze into a column, and bylines wrap without a dot starting a line.

Verified with the portal running against a fixture hub with long repository names, long titles, four held actions and three code review findings: screenshots at 390×844 and 360×780 with touch emulated, and at 1280×800, before and after, plus the Triage list at 320×640 and with filters applied. The list's slices fit at 320 px. The desktop screenshots differ only in relative times. bun run check, bun run lint, and the web unit and DOM tests pass.

No docs changed: the User Manual describes no layout this changes, and DESIGN.md already asks for 44 px touch buttons.

Closing: the portal UX is getting a full mockup-first redesign, which will replace this change. Status and screenshots are kept on the Linear issue.
