Adds Second Opinion to the ecosystem page under Services/Endpoints.
Live x402 service settling real USDC payments on mainnet (Algorand, Base,
Solana) since July 2026, via the GoPlausible facilitator and Coinbase CDP —
indexed in the CDP Bazaar. Discovery surfaces (/.well-known/x402, /v1/schema,
llms.txt), a hosted MCP connector (listed in the official MCP Registry as
com.secondopinionx402/second-opinion), and a published accuracy benchmark
(https://secondopinionx402.com/benchmark) are all live at the website URL.
