make testnet fails on fresh clone - missing deployments/blockscout.yaml #26
Description
Running make testnet on a fresh clone fails with:
open /home/user/arc-node/deployments/blockscout.yaml: no such file or directory
The compose file at .quake/localdev/compose.yaml references
../../deployments/blockscout.yaml but this file is not included
in the repository.
Workaround: Create a placeholder blockscout.yaml manually.
Environment: Ubuntu 24.04, Docker 29.3.1, arc-node v0.6.0

Thanks for reporting, this was resolved in #18, which added the missing deployments/blockscout.yaml. A fresh clone on
mainshould now have the file.
