Add About section and VirusTotal IP lookup features - #7

- Version bump to v0.4.0 (code 15) - About section at bottom of Settings: app name + version, GitHub, ipdia.li, Privacy Policy (docs/privacy-policy.html), GPL-3.0 license, signing key fingerprint (SHA-256) - Each link clickable via LocalUriHandler
- Top bar: 'Lookup external IP' button replaced with two icons
(TravelExplore globe + BugReport VirusTotal)
- AddressButton: VT scan trigger on current IP cards (pre-fills IP)
- Settings → Data & Backup: VirusTotal API Key field (user-provided,
DataStore-backed via VtApiKeyPreferences)
- VtIpLookup: Ktor call to virustotal.com/api/v3/ip_addresses/{ip}
- VtLookupModal: bottom sheet with harmless/malicious/suspicious/undetected
verdict + clean/flagged status
- Removed hardcoded signing fingerprint from About section

Update README with new images, features, and clarifications
Revise privacy policy and enhance documentation links
- VirusTotal lookup: single sheet now accepts IP or domain (auto-detect) - Deep links: open VT report / provider page in external browser, each with a confirm-once dialog and an independent 'don't show again' flag - GeoIpProvider.websiteUrl(ip) per provider (ipinfo / ip2location / ipapico) - Settings footer: links 2-per-row (GitHub, ipdia.li, Privacy Policy, Security & Trust) — privacy policy moved to chmikiro.github.io - CHANGELOG: v0.4.0 entry
Added new features for in-app domain and IP scanning, updated status for dynamic analytics dashboard, and refined descriptions.
Updated image sources in README to use new URLs and removed outdated images.
