Fix unsafe coalescing during out-of-SSA conversion, which can change program results from
1to3.Check all cross-set variable pairs for interference and account for virtual Phi copies being defined in predecessor blocks. Add a semantic regression covering all 24 block insertion orders and four input combinations. The regression fails without the fix.
Validation:
test/test_all.py: 589/589 passed, including GCC, LLVM and Python JIT tests.Closes #1535.
