Summary
This PR starts converting AI-Product-Team from a Claude-only extension shape into a dual-runtime Working Backwards product that can support both Claude Code and Codex.
It adds:
shared/core with pipeline spec, methodology, and Critic rubrics.codex/AGENTS.mdfor Codex operationdocs/runtime-portability.mdROADMAP.mdCLAUDE.mdto describe shared core plus Claude/Codex adaptersNotes
This preserves the existing
.claude/adapter. The next step is to gradually refactor Claude and Codex adapter files to read fromshared/directly instead of duplicating behavior.Validation
