🚨 Severity: CRITICAL 💡 Vulnerability: Command injection and argument injection vulnerabilities existed in src/lib/forge-tools.ts due to user inputs being directly concatenated into shell commands executed via execSync. 🎯 Impact: A malicious agent could execute arbitrary system commands. 🔧 Fix: Refactored safeExec to use execFileSync with argument arrays instead of a single command string. ✅ Verification: Tests pass and shell injection no longer possible.
