What does this PR do?

Adds the KRWQ token icon. KRWQ is a Korean won stablecoin, live on Ethereum, Base, Polygon and Fraxtal. The Frax family is already covered here (frax, frxusd, fxs, sfrxeth), so this sits naturally alongside it.

I work on KRWQ. Both variants are built from the project's own published brand files at krwq.cash/brand, not redrawn. That page asks that the files be used as provided, so to be explicit: the 32x32 refit and the currentColor mono are derived variants, made and authorized on the project's side for this icon set.

Two choices a reviewer may want to check:

  • The mono is a knockout, not a glyph. It is the brand's own monochrome symbol knocked out of a currentColor disc, matching what 23 of the 26 other light-ground badges in assets/tokens/ already do. A glyph-only mono was the first attempt and did not survive: the mark is close to 2:1, so at 16px it collapses into a smear.
  • The mark sizes are measured, not eyeballed. In the full variant it spans 82.4% of the badge width, taken from KRWQ's own circular token icon. In the mono it sits at 70%, picked by rendering 0.62 / 0.66 / 0.70 / 0.74 between 16px and 96px.

One small note: krwq_full.svg omits a path that the brand's symbol-color.svg ships twice with identical d and fill. No pixel changes.

Checklist

  • pnpm validate, pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck, and pnpm test pass.
  • Added a changeset (pnpm changeset) for any consumer-visible change.

For icon contributions

  • Includes the full triplet: <id>_full.svg, <id>_mono.svg, <id>.json.
  • Both SVGs are 32×32 (viewBox="0 0 32 32"); mono uses currentColor.
  • I have the right to contribute these assets. They are faithful,
unaltered representations of the mark, and I understand they are
distributed for identification (nominative use) only, under the terms in
    NOTICE. I am not
introducing a mark I am not permitted to.
