Lazyload option exist here?

Hi, is there anyway to lazyload the external scripts? I want to make website fast, so just put the image and after lazy loading the image, triggered your plugin, but seems not reached my goal!

                afterLoad: function () {
                   jQuery('#top-video-bg').YTPlayer({
