This is the repository for the Epiconcept Stegen case study using R statistical programming software.
The following files are included:
- EpiconceptStegenCaseStudy.Rmd : R-markdown file for creating work document output of the case study
- Introcurve.png, Introtable.csv, Rscript.png, Copying.png: Accessory figures/tables required for the word document
- stegen.csv: Original stata dataset exported to comma seperated value (.csv) format
- stegen1.Rda: Cleaned dataset saved in R dataset (.Rda) format
- stegen_check.R: Clean R-script for data checking
- stegen_gen_stegen1.R: Clean R-script for generating cleaned stegen1.Rda dataset
- stegen_descrip.R: Clean R-script for descriptive analysis
- stegen_crude.R: Clean R-script for crude analysis
- stegen_multivar.R: Clean R-script for multivariable analysis
