rust-iced-unit-converter

A simple and modern unit converter desktop app built with Rust and the iced GUI framework.

Note: This project is part of my learning journey with Rust and GUI development.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Rust (edition 2024 or later)

Running the App

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/ascii-16/rust-egui.git](https://github.com/ascii-16/rust-iced-unit-converter.git
   cd rust-iced-unit-converter

2. Create the data dir:

   mkdir data

3. Build and run the app:

   cargo run

The app window should appear. Select a category, enter a value, and convert between units!
