Muhammad Rizky 👋

🏗️ Mobile Architect — Flutter & native (Kotlin/Swift) · Fintech & Payments 💳

I turn legacy native apps into modular Flutter architectures that ship faster — without breaking production. 🚀

📍 Jakarta, Indonesia · 🌏 open to relocating internationally

🔥 What I've done

  • 🔁 Led the migration of a legacy Android-native banking app to a modular Flutter architecture — cut duplicated implementation 30–40% and feature delivery time ~35%.
  • ⚙️ Built CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane + GitHub Actions) that cut manual release effort by >50%.
  • 📦 Designed and published shared business-flow/data-layer packages reused across 2 production apps, removing ~40% duplicate implementation.
  • 🔐 Built a custom Flutter plugin bridging a native liveness-detection SDK (Android/iOS) for secure KYC flows.

🧭 How I think

I write ADRs for decisions that matter, not just code. health_duel below has a public trail of them 📝 — including a self-audited PRD that tracks exactly what's implemented vs. not. No rounding up.

⚡ AI-Accelerated Engineering

I treat AI agents as force multipliers, not a replacement for judgment — I own the architecture and specs, direct multi-agent pipelines to execute them, and stay accountable for everything that ships.

  • 📋 Documentation-first, agent-driven delivery: PRD → ADR → planning/implementation/QA agents, keeping specs and code in sync (health_duel's self-audited PRD is a direct product of this workflow).
  • 🔍 AI-assisted architecture & code review passes before human review, to catch inconsistencies earlier.
  • ⚡ Directed codegen for repetitive scaffolding (packages, boilerplate, tests) — reclaiming time for the architecture decisions that actually move the needle.

🔍 Featured work

health_duel — Flutter app built with Clean Architecture and a registry-based BLoC effect pattern, backed by real Architecture Decision Records and CI. The best place to see how I structure a non-trivial app end to end.

flutter-package-core — Melos monorepo of internal-style Flutter packages (network, storage, exception handling, Firestore, security). Each package documents its own design trade-offs.

envflare_cli — CLI published on pub.dev for managing flavor-based environment configuration in Flutter projects, with schema validation and code generation.

🌱 Currently

Deepening my focus on native interop, release engineering, and scaling Flutter architecture for fintech products — and open to new challenges abroad.
