plugins/vertical-plugins/financial-analysis/.mcp.json on main does not parse. The egnyte entry is followed by box with no comma between them, and the box object is never closed (its closing brace is missing), so json.load fails with Expecting ',' delimiter: line 47 column 5.
Effect: Cowork and Claude Code install the plugin and its skills fine, but every connector the README says lives here (Daloopa, Morningstar, S&P Global, FactSet, Moody's, MT Newswires, Aiera, LSEG, PitchBook, Chronograph, Egnyte, Box) silently never registers. Users see the skills work and assume the connectors are unauthorized rather than unloaded.
Fix: add the comma after the egnyte block and the closing brace after the box URL. python3 -c "import json; json.load(open('plugins/vertical-plugins/financial-analysis/.mcp.json'))" should then exit clean. scripts/check.py may want a JSON-parse step over every .mcp.json so this cannot recur.
