Various optimizations to improve reading/writing - #2

… allocations `LasIntervalCell` becomes a mutable struct with `uint` Start/End and an `int` Next index into a shared `IntervalArena`. `LasIntervalStartCell` no longer inherits from it; the first interval is stored inline on the start cell (guarded by `HasInlineInterval`), and any subsequent intervals live in the arena. Bulk-read LAX files now allocate ~M interval structs in one `uint[]`-sized backing array instead of M `LasIntervalCell` objects (where M = total intervals). All 55 indexing tests plus the 282 base `IO.Las` tests pass against the new layout, across the LAS 1.1-1.5 matrix.
