onWatch is an open-source Go CLI that tracks AI API quota usage across 6 providers (Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI/Codex, GitHub Copilot, Synthetic, Z.ai, Antigravity). It runs as a lightweight background daemon (<50MB RAM), uses SQLite for local storage with zero telemetry, and includes a Material Design 3 web dashboard. GPL-3.0 licensed, ~342 stars.
I'm the maintainer of this project. Per CONTRIBUTING.md, self-promotion is acceptable and the project exceeds the 50-star minimum.
