+1. PURPOSE; NATURE OF THIS LICENSE
+
+This License is intended to allow broad access, study, modification, and sharing
+of the Software for Non-Commercial Use, including by individuals, students,
+researchers, and educational institutions.

+This License is source-available and non-commercial. It is NOT an OSI-approved
+open-source license and does not satisfy the Open Source Definition because it
+contains commercial and field-of-use restrictions.

+2. DEFINITIONS
+

+modifies, distributes, deploys, or otherwise exercises rights in the Software.

+"Software" means, unless otherwise stated in this repository:
+  (a) all source code files in this repository;
+  (b) all compiled binaries produced from that source code;
