+A batch release: twenty fixes that landed together, most of them in the
+bookkeeping around the graph rather than the graph itself — change-log rows that

+- `change_log.payload` is now `option<object> FLEXIBLE`, re-DEFINED with
+  `OVERWRITE` so existing databases migrate too. `change_log` is SCHEMAFULL, and
+  without `FLEXIBLE` SurrealDB rejected a nested payload outright — while both
+  writers swallowed the error, so every neuron, synapse and fiber write produced
+  no change-log row and sync had nothing to replay. A failed insert now warns
+  once per process instead of passing silently.
