Removing the frame in its own afterprint handler pulled the document from under the print routine, and a cancelled print left the app frozen. WebKitGTK never fires afterprint, so frames also piled up.
A merged incident shows the numbers it folds in, and a penalty shows whether it was served, on the Incidents page, the race feed and the review queue. The numbers are read when the list is built: an import renumbers incidents, so numbers saved at merge time could go stale.
