docs: polish productization navigation

Summary

• Reduces README and Chinese README Key Docs to eight visible links each.
• Moves the detailed Chronicle comparison into the project presentation checklist while keeping the README first screen compact.
• Preserves historical audit, sweep, readiness, and release records through the maintenance index.
• Adds final productization completion wording and bumps metadata to v0.2.29.

• Product Clarity Reviewer: PASS after fixes. Visible README Key Docs links are eight in both languages; detailed comparison rows match README claims; productization completion note exists.
• Release Gate Reviewer: PASS. Files are within Phase 5 allowlist plus release metadata; version metadata is consistent at 0.2.29; MCP tool list remains unchanged.

Privacy boundary

No screenshots, OCR, keyboard logging, clipboard capture, audio, cloud upload, desktop control, background daemon/service, infinite polling, MCP write tools, arbitrary file reads, network upload, or product-targeted capture behavior were added. MCP remains read-only with the existing six tools.

Productization completion

This is the final phase of the finite v0.2 productization pass. It does not start a new maintenance loop or propose capture-surface expansion.
