Pins the VirtoCommerce platform in backend/packages.json from a PR-specific prerelease (3.1032.0-pr-3030-9554-vcst-5088-95543740 on ghcr.io/virtocommerce/platform) to the stable release 3.1032.0 for both PlatformVersion and PlatformImageTag.

Module sources and module version/blob entries are unchanged; the rest of the diff is JSON formatting (trailing whitespace, array/brace indentation, file ending newline).
