Use CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN in Claude workflows - #82

The workflows referenced secrets.ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, which doesn't exist in this repo, so the action failed environment validation. Switch both to the configured CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN secret. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
