feat(agent): voice workspace and embodied Hermes roadmap

Summary

• Record the embodied Hermes product roadmap, the project-work voice example and Jetson hosting recommendation.
• Split Companion and Workspace views; keep the bounded home-action planner under advanced controls.
• Display accepted Pipeline/Realtime voice messages and actual voice stages through explicit owner-only RAM capture.
• Preserve existing sanitized broker tool activity and reveal pending approvals across collapsed views.
• Clear/invalidate on Stop, Kids, privacy, power/profile changes and shutdown; reject late callbacks/polls. Synchronize assets to revision 70.

Verification

• 872 non-browser tests passed.
• 23 actual Chromium UI checks passed, with explicit intercepted API fixtures; phone/desktop screenshots visually inspected.
• Ruff and git diff --check passed.
• Wheel built; current runtime and static assets verified byte-for-byte inside the wheel.

Scope

No added terminal/project execution authority, background coding, unified Hermes tool stream or Desktop entity integration. No robot deployment or live microphone/camera/motion test in this PR. The next increment is project/session binding and authorized host-side handoff.
