I tested latest nightly build 1196 after the quick merge of this PR and found issues related to this PR. A UI Crash bug report with logs and an another minor regression (covered in Additional Info section) in #13963. |

Steps for testing
Open a play queue.
Start playback in Background Player mode.
Open the play queue and verify that the overall queue progress and total duration are displayed next to the video author.
Verify that the queue progress updates during playback.
APK for testing
