Feature description

context: this is only meant for the context of snappeable windows and the use of the Popup Player and what the benefits could be ( I'm not using the Android option for floating windows so I have no experience there)

idea:
The Popup-Player gets a four button matrix or a single button that allows the Popup Player to snap to the four corners of the screen, primarely thought for devices that yet don't have the windowed segmentation (I have no idea if this is now standard of the Android split screen or if that's just a thing Xiaomi does in horizontal orientation on my current Android 16 tablet that's the first time I had seen this)

Why do you want this feature?

Sometimes moving the video away from a text with a Popup Player is far more frictionsless than trying to hit the tiny button that allows reorientation or resizing of one snapped window plus these snapped windows can only be resized with a second app open otherwise they are always limited to half the screen size but having a snapeable window resized to 2/3rds of the screen makes the text more readable and allows more space for text.
Sadly tabbing between tabs in in most browsers on Android is not at the usability level as it is on desktop therefore having two browser windows open is beneficial (which currently seems to be the max?).

Basicly the Popup Player would mimic a similar behaviour as these Android snappable windows and depending on the clickable zone used to do this it could become extremely more convenient to use two snappable windows + keeping a Newpipe video in view.

Additional information

as always just an idea but maybe it could become relevant in the future if YT resitricts background play
