“Upload and Print” printer dropdown fails to show printer on first open, and “Add Printer” dialog cannot be closed

How to reproduce

When clicking "upload and print" button, my printer does not show up on first open.
I have to collapse and then click again to open the dropdown, on the second time the printer shows up available to select for printing.

When I accidentally click "add printer", there is no way for me to exit even if I don't want to I have to restart the application.

Actual results

Expected results

On first click it should already show the printer available to select.

If I accidentally click at printer, there is no way to exit. I should be able to exit without force closing.
