Align the return values of bk_wifi_netmgr_scan_multi_ap/bk_wifi_netmgr_scan_ap with scan events Key changes: -Return success of SCAN API when reporting LWNL_EVT_SCAN_DONE or LWNL_EVT_SCAN_FAILED events; -When configuration parameter checks fail or scanning cannot be executed, the SCAN API returns fail, and no LWNL_EVT_SCAN_DONE or LWNL_EVT_SCAN_FAILED event is reported.
